Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing & Verification

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, omitrading.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Payment & Shipping

You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that have been shipped, along with the applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Delivery Time

The delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time. Please note that the delivery time does not account for any customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Processing time begins after your payment is confirmed and typically takes 1-2 business days. We usually ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: Estimated shipping time is 5-10 days.
Express Shipping: Estimated shipping time is 1-5 days.

We utilize UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS for our shipping needs.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping on orders over $269.
Package Weight: Shipping charges are based on the greater of the actual weight or the dimensional weight (Length × Width × Height ÷ 5000, in cm and kg).
Minimum Weight Charge: Packages weighing less than 1 kg will be charged as 1 kg.
Shipping Rate: $1 per kilogram, with a minimum charge of $4.
Additional Fees:
Remote Area Surcharge: An additional $5 per shipment applies to certain U.S. regions (based on the USPS remote area ZIP code list).
Oversized/Overweight Packages: A handling fee of $20 per package will be charged for any single parcel weighing over 30 kg or with any side exceeding 120 cm.
